Class prices range from £3-£10 depending on membership and class.

Powerwave

The complete body work out in 20 minutes, offering you speed, strength and endurance.

H.I.I.T

High intensity interval training.

Pilates

Based on the principles of rebalancing body alignment, Pilates is a fusion of western and eastern philosophies, teaching about breathing, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Focuses on core-stability.

Yoga

Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow yogo is a style of which you move from one pose to another, leading each movement with a breath findning a balance between strength and flexibility. 

Functional Circuits 

Using cardiovascular and resistance machines, this work out concentrates on posture and control. You can dictate the pace at which you work. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
(Please note that this class takes place in the main gym)

Kettlecise

A fat burning, body sculpting intense workout using an effective fat burning tool.

Spin

A group indoor cycling class that involvess endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity. 

Boxing classes (Ladies, Teens and Kids) 

A class with Reece in which you will be taken through your paces to learn new boxing skills and improve on old ones, helping you to become stronger and fitter an all round good fun class for different ages.
