Molly Scofield

I used my qualifications, gym as well as previous sporting, dance experience and knowledge to curate interesting classes each week; keeping clients entertained and eager to return, whilst helping support clients work towards and support their goals and overall feel good.

Instructing PowerWave and strength classes on a weekly basis I aim to teach you correct form, help with any issues you may be having with exercise technique or struggles and help you feel your strongest, fittest and most confident self!

Julie-Anne Mitchell

Fitness instructor for Kettlercise and Powerwave. Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Cycling and running enthusiast. Wellness trends advisor for global consumer healthcare companies. My passion is motivating and supporting others to achieve their fitness goals. I believe in championing the benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle for all ages. I focus on developing technique, empowerment and a positive mindset – and making fitness fun!

Emily Diplock

I live, breath and sleep all things health and fitness. My mission in life is to help guide and inspire people to lead a positive lifestyle.

After having my third child I decided to turn that passion into a career, first I qualified as a fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer (7 years ago) then went on to gaining qualifications in Spin, Kettlebells, Pad work and nutritional coaching.

Being able to do something I love every day is an absolute dream.

Lexy Parker

As a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, Lexy is dedicated to guiding individuals on their path to wellness.

With a nurturing approach to this mindful practice, Lexy focuses on the importance of breath centred movement, whilst also developing strength, building balance, improving co-ordination, and re-energising the body.

Having worked at MoorEnergy Fitness since the summer of 2021, Lexy welcomes all abilities to her classes, and always offers modifications or extra challenges in each class, so that even in a group session, everyone can enjoy a personalised practice.

Lianne Stemp

My name is Lianne Stemp.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 33 years, originally training as a window dresser, gymnastics coach and lifeguard. In 1991 on maternity leave after having my first son, I trained as a level 2 aerobics instructor creating my introduction to the fitness industry. I went on to train in step aerobics, aqua, slide, spinning, aero-skipping, body conditioning, advanced aerobics, older adults’ ballet bar, box fit, kids’ fitness and finally Pilates.

Pilates very quickly became my passion, and I went on to do courses using equipment such as bands, balls, weights, blocks, and rollers. I also completed a level 3 & 4 sports massage qualification.

I’ve now been teaching Pilates for over 13 years and I’m still finding new ways to help clients improve their posture, balance, core strength, mobility, and general body awareness.

Daniel Cole

I have been a Personal Trainer and circuit instructor since 1998 since  getting back into fitness and refinding my interest in training others I’ve been taking part in Nigels boxing classes. This his renewed my passion for the sport and I now enjoy teaching these classes on a regular basis.
