This class is held in the main gym, using cardiovascular and resistance machines, this work out concentrates on posture and control. You can dictate the pace at which you work. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.  The circuit consists of various exercises at each station and you spend a  few minutes at  each station, rest and then move on.  Very sociable class with plenty of variety.
