HYROX is a global indoor fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations, designed to test strength, endurance, and speed.

The Format
- Race Structure: Each HYROX event consists of 8 rounds of 1 km running, each followed by a functional workout station, totaling 8 km of running and 8 workout challenges.
Workout Stations include:
- 1,000m SkiErg
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Rowing (1,000m)
- Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges
- Wall Balls
