SPIN
I live, breath and sleep all things health and fitness. My mission in life is to help guide and inspire people to lead a positive lifestyle.
After having my third child I decided to turn that passion into a career, first I qualified as a fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer (7 years ago) then went on to gaining qualifications in Spin, Kettlebells, Pad work and nutritional coaching.
Being able to do something I love every day is an absolute dream.

Lianne Stemp
PILATES
My name is Lianne Stemp.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 33 years, originally training as a window dresser, gymnastics coach and lifeguard. In 1991 on maternity leave after having my first son, I trained as a level 2 aerobics instructor creating my introduction to the fitness industry. I went on to train in step aerobics, aqua, slide, spinning, aero-skipping, body conditioning, advanced aerobics, older adults’ ballet bar, box fit, kids’ fitness and finally Pilates.
Pilates very quickly became my passion, and I went on to do courses using equipment such as bands, balls, weights, blocks, and rollers. I also completed a level 3 & 4 sports massage qualification.
I’ve now been teaching Pilates for over 13 years and I’m still finding new ways to help clients improve their posture, balance, core strength, mobility, and general body awareness.
